Hope all is okay with him. He was excellent against Bournemouth, as always. With Gundogan able to sit out most of the game after two full games he will be back tonight and Silva gets more rest physically which will help later in the season. Sterling, Ferny, Walker and Delph are the others that could do with a rest at some point. FA Cup weekend potentially.

My scouser-loving brother-in-law tried to tell me that Rashford is as good as Silva, with the potential to be a much better player.

I haven't laughed as hard in a long time.

Some people's appreciation of what makes a good player is fucking mind-boggling.

5 goals and 4 assists in 12 games against Newcastle, it's a shame but there are more important things.

We don't seem to miss him so much if it's just one game, but we seem to gradually deteriorate, game by game when he's not in the team. Sooner he's back the happier I'll be (especially as I'll be at the Watford game!).
