David Silva leaves City after 10 years

The greatest player I have seen at City and one of the best ever to grace the top flight of English football imho alongside the likes of Henry and Zola. A perfect professional to boot. His last game will be very sad but it would have been a previlidge and a pleasure to have watched him. I know many fans of other clubs think the same.
 
As everyone probably knows now it will be the magicians last season with us and out of respect Pep has decided to make him captain.
He has been an absolute class for us and a joy for us blues to watch and I wondered what we could do for him.
I have never had a name or number on the back of my city tops but this year I’m going to get Silva’s name and number on the back and wondered what everyone else’s thoughts were to get on board.

Will be gutted to see him leave at the end of the season. Legend.
 
And those who saw "David Villa" first play asked why we signed him?

Soon we understood. Controls the pace of a game like no-one else.

Any one seeing his big circle turn at the Etihad v Arsenal where no one moved was like seeing a bullfight where the bull gave up.
 
I was thinking we need a new song for his last season with us but I'm shit at making songs and thought, actually, something simple like "Oh David Silva he's one of our own!" might be a nice touch.
