We’ve had some special players but Silva for me is the one who changed my whole outlook on football and made me realise how the beautiful game should be played. On and off the pitch he seems to be a true gentleman and that’s why the fans and players, not just at City but every single club (including United fans) really respect him and love him as a player. He’s gets kicked and hacked at constantly but just gets up and plays his game, that said I do love the one or two nasty tackles to get his own back at times.

Gutted to see him go but it’s perfect timing for him and us with Foden coming through, let’s just show him even more how much we love him this season.
