Nothing on the ticker but do a search on David Silva in google and click on latest on the left hand side and a fair few posts in the last 10 mins from people saying we've been given permission to talk to him, not sure where they are getting their info from though?

It was Breaking News before for about 10 mins, then it became just another story on the white section, it was definately a yellow ticker news flash
 
I switched SSN on at HT and the yellow thing was on about silva, it was taken off 5 minutes ago'
 
i just googled david silva to man city? and this is what came up
