Im not convinced this is a done deal no matter what is being said in Spain. If it is done then I expect that TH would know and he hasnt confirmed anything other than we are in for him. Maybe I give to much credit to TH but he has been bang on the money in the past and I am pretty sure he would love to get in their first with announcing this on bluemoon if for no other reason than to shut his doubters up!

I think if City were about to announce it and TH is genuinely ITK, I'm sure his contact would give him the nod to announce something on here.......
