Sleeping_easy: I was listening to the radio, and they said that Cook will come Valencia next monday. So as far as I am concerned, is not done. But it seems to be very close to be done. They have to discuss about the ammounts to pay us during the first year.
IMO, the main obstacle was that MC is not playing Champions League next season. But if Mancini has convinced him, now it´s everything much easier for you.

I hope we announce both Yaya and Silva on Monday then :)

Can't wait to see him in a City shirt if we pull it off.

Have to say though, I feel sorry for Valencia in all this loosing your best players, I hope that in the long run you can recover and become a force in European football again.

Top club

20:16 VOTE ESTA NOTICIA

POLL: How much would you sell David Silva?

The visit Valencia street circuit
C. BOSCH : Silva and NiagaraPAU FUSTER ( ENV. SPECIAL TO SOUTH AFRICA ) Roberto Mancini has convinced Smith to play for Manchester City. The 'Wizard 'of fruits Arguineguín knows that if his move will have an important role in the England team and that has been key to the negotiations are in progress. From the first contact they had with City leaders Manuel Llorente , the economic issue was not considered a problem since the owners of the City are willing to pursue the economic data that you want the VCF (between 30 and 35 million euros ), hence the President authorized representatives to negotiate with the football club in the Premier League. There was no point reaching an agreement between the clubs if later the 'Wizard 'was not ready to play in the City, but Roberto Mancini has convinced the Gran Canaria and the operation is in progress. Van step by step. And yesterday and arrived at an entente for the duration of the contract , so David will wear the shirt of the Cityzens until June 30, 2014 . Now is when plays go formalizing the deal between Manchester City and Valencia , negotiations in which no obstacles are expected unless a sudden want to change any of the conditions imposed by Manuel Llorente, but the sale of Silva can realize in the coming days . This is not to delay in time.

Before the negotiations, the 'Wizard 'Silva wanted to know first hand what the project was to be Manchester City. With qualification in hand Cityzens know that they will not contest the next edition of the Champions , the last day of league Tottenham got it , but David will never shut the door. There was a problem. Why? Valencia have not played the top European competition the last two years and that has not adversely affected his career , so I knew that was going to prioritize their role within the team and the potential would have the collective. It is very important to feel valued from the first day and listen to the technician to tell you that going to be key player in the group. That feeling from day one has been important , regardless of knowing that the Italian coach's idea is to play attacking football , which prime the game with the ball , hence the wish to technical quality players . The whole bunch of reviews have been stronger than the failure to contest the European football 's showpiece .

It is a player who wants incentives to continue growing as a player and with the consent of Valencia , the means of Arguineguin has found in the City. It was a club that has been in front since the first time , seriously, the view of football coach and his book have also been key . At the start of the negotiations, Silva did you find out that Chelsea could make a bid, but when he chose not decided to close the agreement with the City. Moreover , as has been told SUPER, the Blues are negotiating the signing of Benayoun , a player of different features that offers Silva but that also takes place. David has always given priority to return to play in England that the calcium , in fact has not at any time provided the option of Inter , despite the arrival of Rafa Benitez.

Silva has always been available to the VCF , but following the script featuring Villa, at the time that passes Llorente going to negotiate his departure, is the player who scores your preferences. And David has made the background the economic issue, although it will have on the City an economic contract than currently perceived , but his priority is to have a major sporting stimulus that helps to keep growing and the second Manchester team has it.

Hope this helps us all ??
Great read, but not liking that "second Manchester team".

There's only one club in Manchester! :)

Seriously though it's looking very good.

Up until I`d read the translation i was feeling a bit subdued,as we know from previous big names, how things tend to go tits up for us.
However,it does appear that Bobby Manc has indeed spoken to Villa and at great lengths by the sound of it.
Just hope the English press are trying NOT to make a mountain out of a molehill, with the shit that we wont get into a bidding war with Chelsea.
However,if the reading is to be believed then his head could have already been swayed by Bobby Manc and the City Project !!
Heres hoping.

Thank you guys for your support!
It´s so hard for us to sell our top players but anyway I am so proud of my team. And I will support VCF even if we finish playing on Second Division.
Thank you again, and hope that this help us to solve some debt problems.

Maybe we could send Ireland out on loan to them for a season so Mancini can se what a great player he is in any league !! Would rather do that than strengthen any of our compatition

Just thought I'd warn everyone that Silva doesn't track back very well.

Neither does Torres or Messi. So what?

Is this a poor attempt at clarkie bait?
If we play him infront of de Jong/Barry and Toure in a central position there will be no need for him to track back.

-- Fri Jun 25, 2010 12:42 am --

Pablo, do you think he has what it takes to make it in the Premier League?.
