Yeah man, I know we need atleast one more striker, but Barcelona said they dont want to sell Ibra, or want atleast 50mill, hes definately not worth it...so this or this way :P In my opinion we should sign some young striker like Edinson Cavani for example, who would play in easy matches, Carling cup, sometimes comes from bench etc... who would learn still and play some:)

yeah not having a go or out, just see Ibra as mancini's main man, but at the prices that are being quoted, he or any other player just ain't worth it. We'll just have to wait and see.

I firmly believe we will get ibra but it will be a case of having patience (i dont think hes in the WC though). It will be good for Ade and Tevez to have to battle for a starting place rather than know their set to get one because the back up is either injured (RSC) or not good enough (jo, Benjani, Bojinov).

For me this would be an excellent side, lots of creativity with both wingers being able to cut inside and operate behind the strikers and full-backs who like to get forward along with Yaya playing a Box-to-Box roll and With Tevez and Ibra/Ade upfront we would have plenty of goals in us. While still having a very solid Defensive line with Barry and Yaya being able to operate infront of the defence and with Kompany, Lescott and Boateng to cover the Centre-Back slots we are garuenteed lots of height in there too.

Personally, i like the team above, however id rather have dzeko than ibra, if we had the chioce...and i like de jong better than barry

Silva is quality on either wing. Him and johnson swapping wings would scare any EPL full backs half to death can you imagine silva running at neville then johnson. Neville would shit his pants.

I think ibra is seriously under-rated in this country and if he came would prove a lot of people wrong he posses a touch that is unbelievable at times. All the people complaining about ade being useless at holding the ball up would love ibra.

Also i think barry is better suited as having 2 players who are box to box works well as either can do the the running while the other sits rather than having one do all the running while the other justs sits in front of the back four.

Barry has a bit more to his game regarding passing and has the ability to push up if we allow him to. I am a big fan of De Jong so i wouldn't mind but next to Yaya i feel Barry's game would be better suited to Yaya. Either way, it would be a lovely problem to have, I expect us to see over 50 games next season so a big squad is going to be needed.

Silva has actually played behind the strikers a fair bit this season for Valencia so is very capable of slotting in behind the strikers when say Johnson has the ball. I also think Johnson is capable of cutting in behind the strikers which is why i think it would work, not to mention Tevez's ability to come deep and be creative. That side would have alot of goals in it and certainly looks defensively sound.
