I said in a different thread that I believe one of Spain or Holland will fail to get out of the group as I think Chile will grab one of the qualification spots.

Chile along with Argentina are the two teams to watch in this World Cup in my opinion.

I hope the dutch fall flat on their faces!!!

Argentina have class throughout and have to be real contenders IMO

Argentina have so many top notch attacking playersit has almost forced them to field a very attacking team which in return is going to leave them defensively exposed.

For me, I reckon they will be the most exciting team to watch as they will be a you score two we score three type of team, whether that can win them the World Cup remains to be seen but now is the time Messi steps up for his country and becomes a player that can finally be put in the same bracket as Pele and Maradona.
Argentina have a nice draw and we could get the Ronaldo vs Messi show down in the quarters. I am boring and think home advantage will carry Brazil to the trophy.

Sergio and messi in the same team - FUCKING EPIC or what!!!

I do agree they will be set up to to score a truck load of goals rather than contain and defend - should be exciting team to watch

Probably Costa but then Iniesta and Ramos still deserves a mention. I think Spain could do an Italy in 2010. They may rely on the old guys who are past their best and it could come back to haunt them. I would not be shocked to see them not make it out of the group.

Spain will win their group. They have the best defence and midfield along with a world class striker in Costa now.

Dave, Navas and Negredo in the Spanish 30 man squad, what a squad that is!

Hmm,,,,,,,leading up to the world cup,,,,,is there any Spanish player that has had a better season than him?

Between him and Deigo Costa, few others would get honorable mention.
Is it fuck!

1. Costa isn't anywhere near as good as Silva
2. Costa is Brazilian
