Surley the best player to ever wear a Manchester city shirt deserves a testimonial a chance for us all to show how much we love him.
Someone on here must know Someone in the club who can arrange this.

The test event for the new north stand would be a perfect opportunity for this. Hope it happens.

I've only been twice this season..and can't honestly see the next time I'll go.
But I'll go to his testimonial.
Maybe the north stand should be re named the david silva stand.
I've always gone to city with my dad..when we 1st signed silva my dad had no idea who he was.
He always said Colin bell was the best he ever watched play for us..after a few months watching el mago he said this lad is unbelievable but he will have to stay for a few years to be as good as Colin bell.
It's unfair to compare the two.. but I know in my life time watching City.and fair enough I've seen some shit..but my hero was kinky..till we signed this lad .
Let's show him some appreciation blues
 
There is only one person that the newly renovated stand should be named after in my opinion and that is the man who has overseen the dominance of this team in world football and coached the talented players at our club to unrivalled success on the pitch - a fitting tribute would be to name it the Pep Guardiola stand and let others have statues to remember them by. Let the new stand become a lasting memory of the greatest manager of all time and what he has done for the club we all love.
 
It should be named old school style and be called the Gibbon St stand after the stree it sit on ;-(

Nah Pep gave us such highs but really if we had always been good this last 10 years would be run of the mill.

so really we should name it after the man whom, without his ineptitude and force of will to give us misery we would not enjoy these times so much.

It's debatable about best ever, there are quite a few in the running.
No doubt about him being my favourite player, just a joy to watch.
I personally think he is our greatest but I'm extremely biased.
