One of the nicest things about that tweet has been reading through the replies to it. Yes the majority are obviously from blues but there are a lot from fans of other clubs. Makes a nice change from some of the replies you see to anything else City related that has been posted in the past 24 hours anyway.

Given the immense wealth of Matteo's father, there's no need. It's almost certainly an expensive private hospital.
