imo THE best striker in world football, and has been for past 2/3 years. would be an unbelievable signing. i can't believe anyone would start bringing his age into it as a reason not to sign him, he's in his prime right now. genuine world class player.

Anyone in this thread who say's they wouldn't want David Villa haven't got a clue about football. He one of the best strikers around and would be amazing in the EPL. I would carry him on my back from Spain barefoot if we even had a sniff of a chance!
