Day 4 in the transfer forum household

The only problem here is that we are getting closer to the start of the Premiership Season (less than a month) so prospective new signings are going to have less time to train with the squad, gel and bed in. We keep hearing "just wait until we get a full pre-season with al the managers prefered players", but it looks a though this is unlikely to happen. I agree that we shouldnt be held to ransom and that some clubs have lunatic chairmen but yet again we seem to be chasing particular players like we did Lescott last summer. I just hope the squad building is over with soon and Mancini can get some quality time to work on his best side.

Yeah my post was because those are players the "ITKs" said we're after and i dont believe a single one will happen.
 
Its funny becasue we're all wasting our time till kick-off day. EVERY FUCKING YEAR is the same.

I'll be pissed if we let Mido slip through our fingers. (keegan said this lad was a bit special...i think he was talking about mido's asperger's syndrome not footballing ability)
 
As I recall the words used was "Never a week like this before.." in regards to transfers and I must say that so far that have been spot on.
Never have we seen so many papers claim done deals and even other clubs saying that it´s just up to City to push the button while City remain totally silent.

This in itself might be for a number of reasons, deliberate mindgames or just a wish to see them sweat a little..or are we simultaneously working on something big in the background?

I'm not ITK or anything, and seeing some of the grief they get i don't want to be either !
Not seen it anywhere else and im unable to post, but is there a criptic clue in the advert for the new kit ?
One pic is for arrivals at Piccadily, the other looks like chorlton street bus station. Could just be the "arrival" of the kit, but why the picture of tower bridge in london ? I'm sure i've heard somewhere that Torres is spanish for tower ? The little pic now shows the M1, but the original showed the M62 against a blue background. Ie someone leaving liverpool and turning blue ?
Finally there is a motorway sign that says there may be trouble ahead - why on earth would that be there apart from the "trouble" it would cause in liverpool and the media. I can't make out the gantry sign but it appears to save love and what looks like hurriane - no idea what that is about.

Maybe i'm putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with 10, but will the new kit be launched by a major signing ????
