As someone who follows bayern agreed. He has improved massively this season and last as well. Kompany has made him into a class defender. He was very error prone prior to that but it seems he has cut that out. He is Bayern's best defender now.

Still I would look elsewhere though he needs a few more seasons at this level to prove it.

Always thought he was average on a good day. Seems like a Spurs or Villa signing to me, he’s way below Stones and Gvardiol standard, and even Dias.

No idea about Reis and Bah, but the only centre back we should be signing is Marc Guehi.
