I agree, but he can change a game in an instant with his accurate passes and willingness to shoot on sight. Looks like he'll be rested tonight. We surely cannot chance risking him, and I doubt Pep will.Other than Spurs at home, de Bruyne hasn’t been particularly good at all in December. I think he needs a game off whether he’s had a kick or not.
It was a terrible challenge, but in fairness Puncheon isn't renowned for being a dirty twat. Ali on the other hand is a differet kettle of fish, he's always dishing it out. I hope Puncheon gets back playing because he was careless and reckless as opposed to intentionally trying to injure Kev.
