De Jong Vs Lucas

Normally not a fan of posting on other teams boards but I really want someone to tell that plum what a tit he's made of himself by quoting that stat

Whenever I'm feeling like a little light relief I pop onto RAWK (never post on there, that would be sad). It is, at times, the highest form of the art of comedy. Admittedly its farcical and deluded ramblings aren't quite at the amusing level they were this time last year but it still provides endless hours of entertainment and for that, I will be forever in RAWK's debt.

The supreme embodiment of this festival of light entertainment is Dr Manhattan. He is RAWK's equivalent of Joey Barton. A man of average intelligence who thinks he is a towering intellect. Like Barton being found out by Henry Winter with his lack of knowledge on the works of George Orwell, the posting of these 'stats' exposes 'Dr M' as nothing but a one-eyed, bitter and deluded Liverpool fan.

No wonder he is 'officially the 7th best poster' on RAWK.

For that post alone regarding the De Jong/Lucas stats, he comes across as arguably the thickest twat on any forum. What's equally amusing is that no-one on there has thought there's something so glaringly wrong about those stats in that De Jong only came on in the 83rd minute. As has been stated, if something like that was posted on here plenty of posters would've done some research.

Some of them on there are a fucking total embarrassment to the many decent Liverpool fans.

I agree with this to a large extent. On a personal level I have a number of ties to the City of Liverpool both family and friendship wise and I like scousers. And a sizeable number of their fans are both sporting and knowledgeable.

But many of their (especially non-scouse) fans are the worst in football. Spoiled, bitter and deluded to the point of parody, with a sense of entitlement that is the antithesis of the values of fair play that they endlessly pontificate about.

'All that is wrong with modern football' they endlessly moan, whilst hopelessly failing to see the irony of that statement whilst sat in their Singapore apartment block in their replica shirts.

Nowt to do with Lucas but Ive just seen this on RAWK.

2nd best player to watch in the world after messi, gets you off your seat everytime he's on the ball.

Ronaldo is fucking immense and a goal scoring machine but he's essentially become a poacher in the box very rarely beat his man anymore compared to his utd days. So i'd suarez is far better to watch.

Ive never really browsed that forum but I'm glad the OP posted the link. Ive don't think Ive laughed this much in years.
