He's got personal issues with his daughter in Rome so he's not going to leave is he

Sadly i think you are probably right - if there was any truth in this rumour then there would be something somewhere other than twatter reporting this

They just seem to be quoting the english press and say Roma would knock it back regardless.
 
Only one thing is sure : there is not any club in Italy that could knock back a 30M euro offers for any player.
 
Roma would definitely accept 30 million.And i think de rossi would come to city.Champs league and a bigger salary
