I am skeptical there is much in the rumour since Barca have not really been linked to him before but he'd fit a need on that left side and as most probably have long recognized, both our clubs seek similar profile of players...but absolutely I'd want him.

I'm just surprised the player wants out from under Pep - that alone would give me pause, does he not work hard enough or is it an attitude issue? Or is it really just about minutes

I personally think it`s a few issues he has ,one is lack of playing time ,Pep seems to want players to want it more and more and sadly sometimes he can seem a little disinterested ,although other times the boy is a world beater and a stand out one off kind of player who can go as far as he wants ,natural talent he has it in bounds mate.I would love him to stay but he obviously has had his head turned by a few clubs ,and his mother had a part to play i believe in the unsettling of him ,shame really but 99.9 % of players these days have no real love for the club, Sane falls into that bracket for me and he will no doubt be a very rich man when his playing days are over ,so cash is the problem for me or he would have signed the offer that was on the table and been a city player for a long time i.e Silva ,Aguero etc,It would make my day if he ends up with you guys ,pissing off Bayern and Real in the same breathe ahhh .
