Ultimately it is Leroy's decision , he will get more playing time , guaranteed medals and improve his remuneration at the German Rags , if he stays with us he will win honours and improve his contract but his playing time will not be guaranteed , Pep see flaws in his game and is the most demanding coach in europe.
