Bayern Munich are ‘fighting’ for the signature of Leroy Sané. Officials at the club have been working for weeks on how to convince him to make the move. To convince Sané, Bayern are ready to offer a better role under Niko Kovac than what he’s had under Guardiola. [@SPORTBILD]

Bayern Munich President Uli Hoeneß on Leroy Sané interest: "I don't have the exact numbers yet but the financial aspect will be critical. The whole package is difficult.”

Bayern Munich players have openly discussed the possible signing of Leroy Sané. The opinion is positive, especially that of his Germany teammates. Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry, who would compete with Sané, know that the team needs at least another top winger.

I'm resigned to losing him now,i just don't know how a young player can withstand all this pressure from Germany, being with the Germany squad now is awful timing for us

I don't think there is pressure on him, frankly. this is just business, all brought on by his camp stalling the contract extension.
Despite all the speculations and pros and cons for staying or going, i don't think they mean much.
I don't doubt one bit they are using fans emotions as a bargaining chip.
I think he is a kid just sitting in the middle licking his chops watching people fight over who is going to give him the most.

Comedy of Errors.

All's Well That Ends Well

Feel free to mention the 20 per cent sell-on clause for Sancho and first option Txiki also negotiated for a kid who was in his final year.

£100m, you say?

So Txiki will have generated £30m for a kid who never kicked a ball in anger for City.

Oh, I forgot to mention, £22m for Diaz (in the final six months of his contract!)
This is possible because of the rule which states a club trained player if leaves the club than the buying club should pay the club which trained the player. even if diaz and sancho had left in free we would have received some money. Like we received for sturridge - 9 million

Don't think Mullock is legit with this, he didn't tweet anything pertaining to Sane

Sane has been on vacation with Gundo, who is also in need of a new contract

Feel like Mullock is wrong on this one

Even if there have been talks that haven’t made a breakthrough - there will no doubt be more.

Points from Mullock's article, Clickbait tweet, City still looking to extend him

-Talks over a new contract had stalled months ago, but Bayern’s public charm offensive prompted negotiations to reopen last week.
-City are willing to hand Sane a bumper pay rise in a deal worth £150,000-a-week with bonuses.
-But there are other issues his advisers want resolved after Pep Guardiola used the winger sparingly last season — he started only 21 of their league matches — and hinted that he needed to work harder for the team.
-However, MirrorFootball understands reports of Bayern having a £70million bid rejected by the Premier League champions are inaccurate.
