He needs to up his game, force his way into the team and start playing regularly. His problem is he has two better wingers innfront of him. When David Silva leaves and if Bernardo moves into his slot he may get his chance, if he is still here of course.
He isn't that young, 24 next season this contract will take him to 28/29. It's probably the most important contract of his career , he needs to make sure it's the right one for him, whatever that is.As others have said...he is very young ... enough time to build his brand at a later stage
