Deal agreed with Bayern Munich for Leroy Sane - €60m (including add-ons)

Is this account run by a City fan??? It flips and flops so often it is hard to give it any credibility.

I share your dislike for Bayern - arrogance personified! On Sane - he’s a wonderful talent but he’s not coming out of this too well in my erstwhile opinion. He could have ended all this crap months ago but he’s kept quiet and let it drag on all summer - he’s obviously basking in the German media stroking his ego. Clearly puts himself before the team and his character has to be questioned if he is allowing his mother to manage his career. If the fee is right and Sane is so utterly indifferent to City then maybe it’s time to let him go. Our success is built on 100 per cent commitment to the team - and I’m seriously starting to doubt whether Sane buys into that philosophy; I don’t know the lad but he’s clearly letting these events run and run for his own benefit. I also have the feeling that this could end up as one of those where even if he did stay and sign a new contract - this shit will rear it’s ugly head every transfer window until he eventually departs - might be better to get the pain over with and move on - remember Fabregas and Barca - that tiresome shit went on for years until he finally slung his hook.

i just hope that the Isco to City transfer rumours dont drag on like this Sane to BMU one is!!! ;)

"Sane seeking advice from David Beckham"

Says it all.

Beckham will be advising him on his personal brand not football. At City hes part of a collective that win and lose together. Bayern will treat him like a God and he'll be promoted as their Ronaldo. The superstar that leads them to glory etc.

If he doesn't want to be a team player then get rid.

Indeed. We need a replacement though. Might as well spend it all if we can find the player!

This is where I have faith in Txixi and the scouting team. We might have them in the EDS already or identified someone at a third of the transfer fee we'll get for Leroy.

The club have moved on from the Jack Rodwell days.

:D

The source of any news is a person who works in the media ( Newspaper, radio, TV Channel ) and he get the information from clubs, agents or people close to the players.

Twitter is just a platform to present news from these sources.

We believe it when we like the news and deny it when we hate it.

If you want to undermine it, then undermine the person who spread the news not twitter.

As things stand I think he will go. Bookies have it 1/4 on too last time I looked.

I think City maybe have a trade off between wages and transfer fee. If Bayern only offer a low figure we may try to keep Leroy by upping his wages. If Bayern offer an acceptable figure he’s gone I’m afraid.

Bayern and his agent will have told him to make life difficult for City and unfortunately that’s just the way to get Pep to want him out. I still have a small hope we can up his wages to a level that means he doesn’t think it’s worth going or we can sell him elsewhere at a later date.

Bayern stock their noses in about a month ago when he was about to sign with us.

That’s what I think now. Later this evening it may have changed again!

Always think it's a bit weird when people refuse to believe something just because it was posted on Twitter. You can't just dismiss an entire platform!

Come on, Sanes been sold about 10 times already on Twitter for different prices. Supposedly he wasn’t playing yesterday as everything was agreed.

It’s predominantly bullshit with the odd journo getting decent information.

But this latest one is France Football, why should that be more reputable than Bild yesterday?

Yes but Twitter gives these people/companies a platform to post any old rubbish. Unless it’s from somebody who is recognised as having decent info/contacts then its best ignored.

Very much doubt that France Football can know more about the supposed transfer than German and English media. Went to Bild and Kicker, no news.

It seems a bit odd that transfer target Danilo was nowhere to be seen at Wembley, but transfer target Sane played yesterday.

Whatever will be will be.

On another note, when dud Sane cover up his tattoo?

You don't half post some strange comments. twitter is notorious for being full of shite. Pity any fool that gets their news from it.
Probably the preeminent news platform in the world at the moment. But yes, you should write off the entire thing because some journalists (the same ones that write for the “real news” by the way) are bad.

Certainly not going to say its happening, but France Football *is* considered to be one of the better sources out there.

As for Twitter - its the same consideration you should make as any other form of media, its not the platform that matters but the source. If the source is a reliable one the platform they post on is irrelevant. There are mainstream TV channels that run absolute garbage - uhm Fox News - but that doesn't mean I should write off anything I hear on any TV channel.

That’s fuck all to do with Twitter.
