Wouldn't think they need 3 weeks to get back up to speed after only 3 weeks off, just a couple I'd have thought. Fernandinho maybe more as he didn't play much.

What we don’t know is that - just like all the flapping about Sterling going to Madrid in the Winter when he wasn’t signing his contract neither - Pep/Txiki and Leroy could be quite calm about this and happy to let it run on a little while longer, while he makes the biggest decision of his life.

Everyone involved knows he needs to think about this properly and weigh up every single option.

This Bayern interest is good for Sane anyway. If he wants to go there thats why and if he just wants to negotiate a much better contract than what we offered him to sign then thats why.

Like Sterling delayed his contract sure he ended up with a better deal than what was on offer months before...

I wonder if we offer similar terms to those what Bayern is supposed to be offering him. Sane's team and agent and his mother surely in regular contract with Bayern bosses about what is our up to date offer.

Timing is a bit shit tho it looks like Bayern are waiting on purpose before making an official bid until our window is closing while theirs is still open. Like they want us to lose Sane when we cannot react on the market. Instead of them starting making bids early June... They couldnt shut up in the press about Sane every single Bayern player had quotes about him. Some of them could be fed up about making them making PR quotes about how much they wait for him.
Also this could be a strategy with Sane's involvement just to put more pressure on City to renew his contract on much better terms.

End of the day if he will leave we have to ask a huge amount dont worry Bayern could pay easily above 100m pounds. I would take 100m now and 24m more based on Bayern title wins next 3 years 8m each year which are nearly guaranteed.:)

They don’t put anything in quotation marks, they don’t open up by saying their “source understands...”.

It’s literally; “Leroy Sané has told Manchester City he wants to join Bayern Munich”.
