I lost my dad a month ago so I know what you are going through fella.
Just remember all the advice he gave you, go with whatever you feel from day to day cos you'll have good days where you're proud of his achievements and to be his son and shit ones where you'll just miss him and want him to come back.
My thoughts are with you, your family and friends at a time where you will be be devestated, shocked and gutted all in one. Take care fella!

very sorry for your loss - i know a great many alty fans who tell me your dad was a legend and the greatest player ever to grace moss lane ( a bit before my time though )
