I like Rice, but i think he's an absolute dickhead for not insisting he wanted to come here instead of those deluded tin pot cunts.
Maybe it’s about playing time absolutely 100% he will be in the arsenal 11 but he’s no guarantee’s of that at City ..I like Rice, but i think he's an absolute dickhead for not insisting he wanted to come here instead of those deluded tin pot cunts.
Well I am only responding to conjecture should the deal with Arsenal fall through and my belief that we may be interested in Rice but only on our terms. Many deals are done for less than what a club said they wanted for a player. Also and very importantly the method of payment may be a big issue in this case. For example you may rather be paid 20,000 you are owed straight up rather than 22,000 over 4 years in annual installments. If Arsenal had verbally stated they’d pay the money over a set time and then walked it back, sure, but there is no indication that’s what has happened, simply they’ve agreed with West Ham to get to £105m and they’re now negotiating how that is paid.
By your standard City are being ‘tinpot’ by not it’s paying the €100m for Gvardiol, and instead negotiating to pay the €100m over a longer period. It’s a negotiation and both deals will get done long before it makes any impact on pre-season.
I mean if Rice had any interest in coming to City, the deal wouldve been done by now….
The fact that City came out of the woodwork, offered far below what West Ham had said they wanted, leaked we were confident and then quickly backed off makes it pretty clear what happened there.
Oddly enough he is in training with Leao, Cancelo and a few others.
surely must be staying at the same resort or somethingStrange choice of friends?
And every week it drags on West ham are paying his wagesIt’s goal for one but this part here takes weeks?
WHY HASN'T RICE'S TRANSFER TO ARSENAL BEEN ANNOUNCED? The north London club are waiting on lawyers to approve the “FINAL WORDING OF THE DEAL” before they can complete his transfer from West Ham, Sky Sports reports
Apparently…..unless it’s a guess. It’s goal for one but this part here takes weeks?

Not really, we haven't agreed anything. Arsenal had agreed it all two weeks ago. Fee, structure of payments, wages the lot ! They made damn sure beating us to rice was all over SSN breaking news bar.If Arsenal had verbally stated they’d pay the money over a set time and then walked it back, sure, but there is no indication that’s what has happened, simply they’ve agreed with West Ham to get to £105m and they’re now negotiating how that is paid.

The Gvardiol deal hasn't been announced as 'done' thoughBy your standard City are being ‘tinpot’ by not it’s paying the €100m for Gvardiol, and instead negotiating to pay the €100m over a longer period. It’s a negotiation and both deals will get done long before it makes any impact on pre-season.
