Seems to me he was like this at Leeds, just a good honest pro as they use to say - does a job in a side battling away but just is not a good enough player to play at elite level..99% of pros aren't so no shame - but just a rare bad assessment from our analysts etc - imagine the data they usually troll through and hours of videos - maybe this one slipped through the usual impeccable due diligence - strange but possibly true - as many like me scratch our heads from the huff and puff we saw on MOTD for Leeds - never a City typeYeah I totally agree. I doubt Kalvin is even in the top 5 best DMs in world football and I’m not sure he has the ability to play as a number 8. His reading of the game isn’t good enough and his passing isn’t either. As Pep has said, he can teach people, but unfortunately he doesn’t have the time if someone is too far behind.
Ask @Sir peace frog his last and only experience from his canal boat holidays, it will make you blush and what a hero when I dropped the lock key into the “cut”Yes long story supported sheff wed since a nipper don't follow as much now because of owner. Followed city years ago love the football, love pep greatest coach of all time and to see them shit on manu is heaven and of course the rest is great. Been to city lots of times, had friends in hospitality so got in free to lots of matches. Actually retired now and live on a narrowboat, cruising around but still follow city
Was it the blazin squad?Someone better tell City, they have been speaking to West Ham today.

I can see this but only a fool could fail to catch the drift. We can, and Phillips and his guys are way closer to the detailWe would never say we don't want a player (unless Cancelo!!)
It's more subtle than that, saying won't stand in way of players getting more regular game time.
Tell someone they are unwanted, you also end up paying up their deals to leave.
Super interesting surely, but not on this thread! ;)What's life like on a narrow boat?
This is always the thing with transfers, some just don't seem to grasp that things can change very quickly.Don't doubt your info 100 per cent for a second, bud.
Things have moved very quickly in the last couple of days, however.
He has spoken to a couple of people and the landscape may well have changed.
City won't push him out the door, but he's also be informed that they will not stand in his way and he now has a couple of serious offers to digest.
Well aware what might be right on Monday could be entirely different by Tuesday.
No doubt he doesn't want to throw the towel in, but he's now mulling over some concrete stuff.
I don't think it's cut and dried he stays, even if it's not West Ham.
You clearly don’t watch AFTV then lol
