I saw an Arsenal fan slagging us off saying we are indifferent to the signing, he’s so right. I just don’t care any more, we’ve spent years missing out on our number 1 targets & look where we are.
It’s almost as if the players we eventually get are so grateful & motivated, perform so well I can never believe they weren’t number 1 pick after all.

Then look at the players who move on & don’t tell me they haven’t regret leaving.

I just don’t care any more because I think the player we bring in is driven by the culture of the club.

We have smashed football, beaten the final boss and are moonwalking on the grave of the European royalty.

They can say what they want but we all know it's because they are jealous hurting bastards ;)

Annually I get an invite to a doo that involves players from a few clubs, ex players except 1, just got in and we talk plenty of shite, but rice was laughed off as utter bollocks by all, where would he play was the consensus. After listening to the chat between them I decided to not even throw my hat in the ring which I normally would, as the view was so strong that he wasn’t even a consideration I felt a dick I’d read on blue moon he was. But maybe they know fuck all, although I can guarantee more than a few still work for the club.

Left back?

The stuff around WHU trying to push the price up and get Arsenal to pay makes sense but I do wonder why more credible journos like Ornstein would jump on it. He has contacts at City so you’d think he’d check, he is normally cautious.
I may be mistaken but I always had Ornstein down as being sympathetic to Arsenal. Might be irrelevant anyway if he’s being fully professional and neutral in his reporting, but I was sure he supported them.

For 100m does he make us that much better?
We already have the best DM in the world
Who knows what Pep has up his sleeve if he’s going for him, no doubt he’ll fit him into the team, just don’t think he’s worth that

24 hours later from my last post, but from what I’ve been told this still isn’t close.

This will rumble on
Are city actually legitimately interested tho or is it just West Ham trying to get a better offer from Arsenal?
