We're being linked with lots of Strikers and attacking players, but as yet very little to do with any defenders? Wonder what they've got in store for us? I expect at least one centre half and with a bit of luck a left back or at least someone who can cover left back (I'm not having Barry as a left back)

Brazilian defenders always a bit of a risk, but he's looked good on the few occassions I've seen him in the CL for Benfica.

luisao is a perfect signing for us as this season yet again we have lacked a comanding cb in the air and by the looks of it luisao is a giant. i dont know where this would leave kompany but we need a good squad not just a good starting 11
