The two week break we had

I said at the time that I do feel the Bernardo goal against Villa will be a defining moment if we go onto win it.. felt like one of those moments... like Sterling away at Bournemouth.

Southampton away. We had been in a bore draw with United and drawn at home to WBA. Southampton were doing well and this fixture looked iffy. We won 1-0 and perhaps this showed that we were not the soft touch of last season.

Southampton away for me, tough ground against a team that was in amazing form back then

Looked like a very difficult game and one I didnt expect us to win based on form. I said to my old man that we were back after that game. It was like someone flicked the switch, the passing and pace with which we played with at our best was there in glimpses.

I have to say that the turn up in form of little Bernardo coincides with our overall streak! Keep it up City!!!
