Odd one as All Or Nothing revealed what many of us suspected in that he doesn't have a good approach to training, relying upon natural instinct and talent.
Mouhrino played him regularly despite this, but I think also because Spurs squad is not so deep.
We on the other hand have a much deeper squad and Pep requires players to train well and on the pitch, which Dele is also not known for.
Pep does like his projects and we were linked to him ages ago, so maybe there's been some hints at romance and Dele tells him if he comes he will accept the challenge.
As a replacement for Gundo, sure, but he NEVER plays as a 6, and technically doesn't even play as an 8, but 10 to 8 is more plausible.

Gundogan is the better player. If we were looking for a replacement then there are better alternatives
