Deleted season ticket from wallet. Help?

I think there must have been a problem with the system. So not your lads fault.
After reading above, checked my phone and unknowingly I gained access to ground today with the CL game from last wed night.
i would email the club tomoz for advice.
 
We’ve managed to get the ‘transfer to mobile’ bit working, but it goes straight to a message saying ‘Theres a problem. Contact the ticket office’. That’s my Monday morning sorted!!

I had the same problem when I changed my phone but I emailed the ticket office and got a link in 30mins. On a Sunday. Things are getting better!
 
My ticket on Wednesday was showing the rags game Helpful guy at turnstiles said try that and it worked fine late I got it to update Today was fine
 
My son had his brothers season card showing in his wallet yesterday and couldn’t get in.

Steward farted about for a while and took him elsewhere.

Not sure whether the Chelsea game has anything to do with it as when I purchased the three of us one on Wednesday at the checkout it only gave the option for “Load to mobile pass”

Normally when I buy singles it lets me click send to email or whatever and we download them via the link.

I definitely selected each supporter number correctly or else it wouldn’t of let me checkout (restricted sales)
However for him to now have a different season card in his wallet is strange.

Will wait and see if it updates accordingly for the next home game and if not I’ll ring them up (if I have a spare 12 hours)
 
My season ticket as of this morning was still showing Wolves so I foolishly thought the best way to resolve would be to delete from my Google wallet, then go back into my city account and re-download the season ticket to my wallet in the belief that would force through the update and I'd have my arsenal ticket showing.

Alas it wasn't that easy, after deleting then going back into my city account the add to mobile wallet link in the season tickets section is no longer there so I presently don't have a ticket showing for tonight's game!

I've emailed City and will call later this morning if no response but just wondered if everyone else's add to mobile wallet link has gone or whether its just a glitch in my account?

Have you tried downloading it in a different browser mate?

Try via Google Chrome.

Otherwise, don't rely on City one bit to get back to you, certainly on a matchday.

Take your chances getting to the ground earlier if you can.

My mobile wallet link is still showing.
 
We had a similar issue last weekend; if you’re on Twitter DM supporter services (@mancityhelp I think) and they sent us a new link to put in our wallet. This was all in the hour before kick off.
