If we're going to a 3-man midfield then there should be place for everyone. In a way Delph is a replacement for Milner, even if we rarely used Jimmy in the midfield.

Clearly the guy has done some soul searching in the interim, and changed his mind. It is off course embarrassing that he declared his commitment to Villa, but who knows what goes on behind closed doors.

I'm hoping he'll clear the air and put his side of the story forward in his first interview with CityTV, and it will all make sense. But no matter how plausible, the haters are gonna hate!
