Clearly a scam by City to dodge FFP. Have Delph claim he's staying, lump a shit load of money on him coming to City with various betting companies, then sign him a week later. Is there any levels we won't stoop to in our corrupt attempt to dodge these rules? Sickening

Not you, quitely get hold of the pic, do research and boom 10mins later your back with your findings! Great work.
 
If this does turn out to be Delph, which is becoming more, and more, likely it seems, then this is one of the strangest transfers in a long while. On the brink of happening, then completely dead in the water and Delph making a statement, then Sherwood interviewed on SKY talking about Delph and next season at Villa, then Delph signs for City out of the blue. Even for City that would be a fairly mental transfer saga!
