He's changed his mind. He simply just has to say how after deciding to stay at Villa, he realised perhaps he was passing up an amazing opportunity to win things with City and after a period of reflection he has decided to make the move.

He doesn't have to wriggle out of any hole. Takes a large pair of nuts to do what he is potentially doing.
