I text a few of my rag mates and one called me up and said he was shitting it. He said our everton result has eased his worry a little but he said they were shit against Burnley and should have been two nil down before they scored. He doesn't think they'll keep a clean sheet either.

Then another mate text me and just said 'It's only the carling cup mate.' Typical arrogant rag. I know deep down he's shitting it!

funny how its ONLY the carling cup when they look like NOT WINNIN IT, like oh its ONLY the F A CUP, its nothing compaired to the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE or the premier league, bunch of twats.

The legend that is Clarkie and myself have football training on a Tuesday night. I thought that it would be a better idea to cancel tonights as there are two other blues, my younger brother being one if them, and about six rags. We took a vote at the end of training last week to see if the other players would be happy enough to give it a miss. Everyone was asked for a show of hands as to who wanted to see the match. EVERY one of the city fans raised their hands imediately, guess how many of the rag fans raised their hands? NONE. They all stood there looking blankly at each other, reluctantly raising their hands with a look of inevitability all over their faces. The city fans exchanged an knowing smile...
 
A rag I know said they would rather win nothing than the Carling Cup. He will be a happy man at the end of the season then.
 
I changed my FB status to "Let's hope for a great game. Good luck to both sides. May the best team win." I have been surprised and disappointed by a number of my friends who have responded with anti-United sentiments, jibes about the relative financial position of the clubs, parentage and sexuality of certain United players and the alcohol intake of their honoured manager. And my mate Paul (who really is a sound lad) has just said "hmmmm, let's see". The rag tw*t.

So there you go, you try to be sporting and everyone else ruins it.
 
Neville wont play, he played a full match at the weekend I believe.

Back to topic sort of, I cant even walk round asda without getting comments. I wear my City jacket with pride. Win or lose.
Walked past some rag twat in his fuckin chavvy burberry cap. Says you are gonna get done tonight. I didnt bat an eyelid and kept walking on to which the Mrs said that was a bit ignorant. I said its either that or a possible rag head caving session.

I cant understand why they cant just keep to themselves. Had 3 or 4 since yesterday. If I pass comment it starts off with asking them where they are sitting for the match. Gurantee they aint going.

Pisses me off.

All this talk has got me thinking. Is this really the biggest game of the last 30 years?? Maybe if we win the cup but I'm still down for the 2nd division play off final being the biggest. Without that we wouldn't be where we are today.
