Would be a decent loan move for Delap and Palmer imo. Their first team opportunities are likely to be limited here this season now that players are coming back from injury and the fixture congestion eases after Christmas. Think Derby are more likely to want to loan senior players though to get them out of the mire.They’ll ask for Delap and Palmer.
They’ll get Nmecha and Bernabe

I hope the takeover works out well for you. I just have doubts with him being brought in by them.

Have they actually appointed him manager then ?Rooney in sole charge today. I am sure none of us saw that coming the day he joined them /cough.
