it's the first part of 'we've won the league, we've won the cup...' and not always sung in full.

And when we win the League again
We'll sing this song to you

its a lot like that old lands lyme or whatever people sing at new years whilst holding hands and jumping around looking like pricks ... pretty sure thats as close as were gunna get.
