Derby post match thread 10/09/2016

I've had the usual this morning.

- Bravo should have been sent off
- The ref was "bought by Abu Dhabi "like the FA"
- My personal favourite: "Mourinho had Pep Sussed after 30 minutes after a poor start. The last hour we were all over you, City were lucky"

I just said "I know mate. That's why I'm not getting excited just yet. I'll start to believe we're going to win the league when we've played one of our rivals"

It's weird cos on Friday all I got was "United are back", "we look like Utd again", "pep teams never do well against mourinho teams", "can't wait for Monday you blue twat"

Apart from one lad, a proper Utd fan, season ticket holder since the 70's, who gives me loads of shit but equally is happy to take it back, basically a good lad despite his alliegance who simply said "you ****, your lot could have scored 6 again"

Most of my pals are match going fans tbf so it's all done in good spirit. Funnily enough it's always the armchairs who tend to go OTT. I think it's their way of trying to fit in. You can spot them a mile off.
 
I've had my first "we're not talking about the weekend" comment from a dirty red in the office ...

No word of a lie I came into work this morning and a rag said the 2nd goal was offside!!!
I replied did you not see Blind playing him on to which he came up with this gem "But he was near the corner flag".
