Derby Post Match

What happened from the 70th minute is something have to be checked a few times by the tactical staff, because that was unreal...

We were on top then missed a few chances, made 2 subs and they started to dominate with 10 men and we stopped with creating anything.

BUT. Had a lot of chances to go up 2-0, 3-0 and missed everything. Then the pens were there too, 2 or 3, if we are in great form this match decided so much earlier.

Only the next match is important, and what we gain from the derby win. CSKa comes, win is only thing accepted then QPR away, again just a win is good enough.

Good win today.

As I said earlier in this thread, Pellegrinni is really worrying me, so many daft decisions.

Oliver obviously did his part showing he's not an United-ref today. What do a United player have to do to get a freekick? Jesus christ

We take the three points. They were vital.

Best game Yaya has had in ages, and Demichelis proved he is the man for the big occasion. He was outstanding.

Oliver's performance speaks for itself, but there is a lack of confidence in the team, the cause of which is hard to pinpoint.

Pellers clearly prefers Fernando to Fernandinho. Although Fernando played quite well, he doesn't have anywhere near the all round skill of Fernandinho.

Pellegrini took off Milner and Aguero and introduced two of the laziest ,least competitive players we have in Nasri and Dzecko. In the end the rags will take comfort from their late rally when we decided to hand them a huge advantage. Rank stupidity.

piss poor, that was not the city we all know, no confidence at all wtf has happened to us, like hanging on against 10 men, like wtf. something needs to be done and done now or forget the CL, scum were poor and we should have buried them. the only good point was 3 points, harsh but true at the moment

Shut up you idiot. We just won the Derby. Yes we finished poorly, but that's natural given the amount of pressure they were under out there. This will give us a big lift.

It's not because we have 3 strikers that they all have to play in every single game. If Pellers can realise that I think we'll improve, because Dzeko just did not need to come on in that game. I kept an eye on him once he was on; one good pass and one terribly wasted opportunity that should have at least been a shot on goal, aside from that he was anonymous. Milner must've been shattered, which is fair enough, and we do have a game on Wednesday, but I'd have even preferred Sinclair to have come on.

guess he didnt see the 2 stone wall penalties we should have had, funny that

Get in!

Not sure what to make of that though, you expect some nerves after recent results but a 10 men mid table side making us look so panicked was really worrying.

That said it would have ended up 8 or 9 -0 if Oliver wasn't bent.
