The sad thing is, it doesn't really matter anymore. The people running the party are an unelectable joke.
You are reasonable, but you are very easily dismissive of the benefit of the doubt at times, if it suits the narrative.
Do you buy chuka excusing smiths blatant racist remarks by saying white people might get mixed up with the terminology sometimes on Ch4 news just now as fine and give the benefit of the doubt, or find it ridiculous.
Do I excuse ruth hodges stupidity today? No she is an idiot, I judge on merrit or the situation, and Hattons tweet from 2012 being uses to tar him as anti-semetic because he has rejoined the party should be looked at and imho be given that benefit.
On the one last year I could say no one I know talks about anti-semetism except on here or if a news story comes on, and it would be true, as with many things that are going on that shouldn't.

I’ve just seen that interview just now...To be fair to Chuka he does say she was totally wrong.
I think the point was white people sometimes get nervous talking about race on air and she just struggled to use the right words.

It’s all my politically interested mates talk about now - along with Brexit - many are Labour members and deeply concerned on both sides.
The people running the party are not Corbyn or McDonnell and that is the issue.
