I preferred stony's ;)

Don't like it, too wordy

Same for me too many words spoilt it for me. Like the claret strip in the design, the colour was used on our kit years ago, well on our socks as I recall.

Gutted that mine didn't win. It was all my own work too, unlike the winning flag. You can tell he got his dad to help him with it.

You can't beat the team That never gives in. A line from our old song and much more manageable

its alright....... could have done something a bit more creative. I dont know why we just didnt get a proffesional designer to do it

Flag design is great, I don't like the slogan though. Too wordy and sounds a bit cringey to me. Even just 'the boys in blue will never give in' like the line from the song would have been much better.

Getting unveiled tomorrow, got this from the club:

Following a fantastic response from fans, we recently announced the winner of our 'Design a Flag' competition. The chosen flag transfers the passion and pride of City fans to Manuel Pellegrini's title-seeking stars.

On Saturday, the flag will be displayed across blocks 104 and 105 in the East Stand before kick-off. And this is where we need your help.

We are asking all fans seated in these two blocks, to please take their seat at 12.30pm.

The flag will then be unveiled for the first time to all fans, including Danny Neish, the designer of the winning flag. To find out more about the 'Design a Flag' competition, and to see the winning design, click here.

Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you at the Etihad on Saturday.

Kind regards,
