Did anyone else's card not work last night?

My ST card didn't work. The guy I had to report it to said he had done 600 already and there had been a major cock up with the activation.

He said it's likely I will have the same problem for the Bayern match.

Heard of a few people who's cards didn't work. I believe the Q was around 45 mins and the guys sorting it out at the box office were fairly unsympathetic.

mine worked perfect, after 3 turnstiles, 2 scan checks and scratching my nuts for 10 mins !

mine fucked up, re-located last night, tried about 3 times before eventually getting let in with a universal card off one of the boys in blue bibs

Same here the bloke next to me, his phone goes off at 8-10pm to tell him where he`s sat. Marvelous this tech, they tell you where to go after youve got there.

It's the same every cup game where re-allocation is required. Not sure why assigning the temporary seat to the original card seems so bloody difficult but quite clearly it is.

Thankfully after 100 mile drive I was still there in good time to avoid missing the start however clearly many missed the start due to their cards not working.

Cup nights should be any entrance any seat. First in best served! Khaldoun's seat for me I think.

Last night even though I was relocated from level 3 to level 1 the guy outside who scans cards to check they're valid said I needed to go through a spiral entrance!

Took 3 times for him to understand you can't (or at least I don't know how to) get from level 2 to level 1.

might as well issue paper tickets for all cup games when allocation is concerned. If you have a card to get in but have changed your seat you still have to make a note of your new seat/row/block/aisle/gate so you might as well take a ticket with all that info already on it!
