Did I do the right thing?

After the match, I went back to the pub where I play pool.. the game was still going on..

Talking about the city game and this **** say’s to me.. “are you a City fan” laughing in a mocking way.. I just looked at him bemused… horrible Mick Hucknall red haired type twat.. But a mouthy twat as well…

So he said it again only this time more aggressive… so I stood up and said “ yes and fucking what about it” in an equally aggressive way.

One of my mates came over and said this **** is an FC Utd fan… so I said “ FC Utd… and laughed mockingly…”what’s it like to be despised by City AND United fans” Then he got all friendly, as they do when you front them up…

So I said “I’ve never met one of you and I always wanted to know why (follow FC), because since the Glazers got involved you’ve started winning things again” he went on to explain that United used to belong to the fans before the Glazers…

Some of these knobs haven’t got a clue! I pointed out to him that it’s never been owned by the fans, it was Louis Edwards, then Martin Edwards, then was owned by the City after the share issue.. he had no answer… apart from to say he still goes to OT, but only when he gets a freebie as he won’t give MUFC (Glazer Corp) his money… Worst kind of supporter if you ask me..

What I want to know is….
Should I have sparked the **** and got barred from the pub (I was really frothing at the mouth !!); or did I do right?
