Died before you saw them..

Hendrix. Lennon. Cobain

Same for me this too. Would have loved to have seen good old MJ, just for the sheer showmanship and live show.

I saw James Brown support RHCP's at city a few years ago and am so glad I got to see such a legend (at city as well!) before he passed away.

I keep saying I'm gonna see Bob Dylan next time he comes to town.

Ian Curtis with Joy Division.

The Smiths as a band died before I had chance to see them.

I think Michael Jackson is in there as well.

She’s not dead, but her band ducked a gig at the last minute when we were already in there waiting. She was at her peak, Debbie Harry, and Blondie. The electric circus .Blondie died that day.

Been lucky to see all the big heroes I wanted to see...Lynott, Mercury, Moon, Lynyrd Skynyrd pre-air crash, Marley, Curtis etc.....but three I didn't were Hendrix, Bolan and Brian Connnolly with Sweet. (Saw them as a three piece after they sacked him, and though they were still great as Scott and Priest often sang a lot of album tracks, it wasn't the same as seeing Connolly up there)
