Having watched Atletico quite a lot (it's my girlfriend's team) I would say Costa, Turan and Falcao have been their stand out players this season. In fact I would say Costa has been the best player in the second half of the season as Turan was injured for a lot of it and Falcao's form dipped.

He's quick, intelligent and dynamic. He has an edge, in fact he reminds me a lot of Suarez, but he's not as rash as Balo IMO.

If we could get him for £15m or below he would be a great buy.

I think he'll be Atletico's main man next season. If Adrian Lopez finds his 11/12 boots then Atletico can still challenge next season imo. I can't see him at City for a number of reasons.

If Costa does come in I'd imagine it would be as Tevez replacement rather than a plan B for missing out on Cavani?
