Dinner is lunch time

Evening meal was always Tea when I lived in Manchester but since I left 30 odd years ago its been Dinner, it seems unless your from certain parts of the UK tea is a drink.

All true northerners agree with this. Dinner is only used for Sunday’s or a special meal(to dine). Who the fuck started infecting us with shit like brunch lunch and dinner in the evening god only knows. Probably some twat from Didsbury after a holiday in France.
