As a City fan, I’ve come to accept that we’re not interested in shot-stopping—we’re only focused on passing. Costa is the weakest of the three keepers, but I’m sure Pep will see him as the best based on how we play. García is a brilliant keeper who could be prised away from Espanyol for around £28M or less, he’ll probably end up at Madrid.

We need a proper shot stopper, too many times 1 shot = goal happens with us. Last few windows are to blame for where we are now, the 200 million spent in January includes high fees for 2 players not yet considered 1st team players and if we get Costa I fear it’s going to be yet another poor buy.
