Diogo Jota & his brother Andre have died in a car crash

Absolutely awful news.
Puts life firmly in to perspective.
At the drop of a hat you or I could be no more.
Thoughts and prayers to all involved and so devastatingly affected by this tragedy.

I’m sure Liverpool will do well by his family but the insurance situation will be a fucking nightmare.
 
I’m not generally one who gets emotionally moved by famous people dying, but this one feels very different. Really shocked me when I saw the news, an awful tragedy for two lads of such a young age.

He was always one of those players that I dreaded coming on the pitch from the subs bench - and I mean that in the nicest possible sense. City haven’t come up against many opponents in recent times where you see their name on the team sheet and think “he’s going to cause us problems” but Diogo Jota was definitely one of them.
 
RIP Diogo and Andre , a soft spot for him as my brother is a keen Wolves supporter.

Life can be more than fleeting so enjoy every moment you can with those important to you in life because sadly it can leave you in an instant at anytime.
 
Horrible tragedy, I can't even imagine what his wife is feeling, he posted 12 hours before his death saying he is the luckiest man in the world being her husband, a father of their 3 children, just awful for them to lose their dad so young. Finally, two brothers died, so I can't begin to imagine what their parents must be feeling. Speechless. I hope we honour them right at the beginning of the season.
