He can't select lampard or modric because they don't play for City. Johnson is injured, and Ireland has been playing poorly so what alternative does he have. I can only assume that your criticism of his tactics refers to the defensive midfield. His subs changed the game and were brave so what else can it be? Did you see Arsenal at Hull? Hull had 10 men for over 45 mins and it took an injury time mistake by their keeper for Arsenal to win.
We are improving. Our away form used to be an embarrassment. it is not any more. Points per game, we are as good as Spurs and the League table does not lie at this moment

to be honest like some on here i believe a point away at sunderland is an ok result. However what is wrong with me is this......the players we have are not playing at their full potential,,,,this has nothing to do wth lack of ability or effort....but it has everything to do with the way the manager is setting up the team and the tactics he is employing.....they are wrong!
we know he tried to strenghen the midfield in January so he clearly isn't happy with it. But the mix of players doesn't give him the flexibility to play the way you want (apologies if I'm putting words in your mouth! - I'm guessing what you are thinking)

I really dont think they are that bad a side and they have not had much luck!
Gave us a good run for our money at our place!!

It really shouldn't matter - we take care of our own performances and we will do it. I can see all the other 4th place contenders dropping points. Hopefully in the case of Villa and Spuds, to us ;)
