It's the starts that are the problem. If, when we were signing him in January, I'd told you he'd only make five league appearances, score two goals, and spend the rest of the season crocked, would you have been ecstatic about it?

(I appreciate that some people believe his corner-flag-bound shot that Arbeloa cannoned into his own net counts as a Bellamy 'goal', but they are idiots).

Sorry, I must have missed the handful of games he turned up for before retiring, as usual, to the physio's room for an early holiday. I also missed his appearance in the Premiership Top Scorers chart. That waste of space Robinho was up there though.

I think bellamy is utter class and up there with the best of them - alas he is majorly injury prone.
If Bellamy stayed fit he would have a fantastic haul of goals. Easily 20+ a season.

When he joined us he said 'I know they will sign better players than me but im at the peak of my carear and would like to be able to say I was there at the start of the Man City revelution'

You cant say fairer than that. We moan about loyalty to clubs and yet he's done well for us and 6 months after signing some people on here are wanting to show him the door!!!

I would like to see him fight for his place because if he stays fit theres no reason why he cant get in the side.

Dead right, all these wankers slagging Bellamy off (A CITY PLAYER) are also wanking over Tevez (until today a SCUM **** player), they need to wind their fucking necks in.

Bellamy did ok for us and until we get Eto, Villa, Tevez and the rest then we fucking need his like in the side. These new glory boy fans are making us look like sad plastic rag twats and it's way too early for that, we finished 10th in the league, we have one true star at the moment, wind your necks in or protect your neck cos talk like this round my way will get you a slap.
