Can someone please explain why if you're disabled you get to park in a lot of places for free? I agree with special disabled places nearer to entrances etc, but why should it be free?

If anything disabled people should have to pay more, because of the extra paint for the wheelchair pictures.

Why don't those with cars and unemployed get 'Unemployed' spaces for free? But over the other side of the car park away from the doors.
